My Question or Issue
I need to add a whole album from the search results list to my newly created playlist. How can I do this with in one step? It only allows selecting songs one by one rather than the whole album at once. Please help

What version of the app do you have? In the latest update (the one with Music and Podcasts as the main tabs at the top), within the search results, you should see a 3-dot menu button. Clicking on that for the album (Back in Black, for example is both a song and an album. Make sure you click the 3-dot for the album) will give you a menu of optons from liking the album, adding the album to a playlist, or likng all songs. Liking the songs will add them to your new "Liked Songs" list. Obviously adding to playlist will do just that. Unfortunately I haven't found a way to select multiple songs (say 4, 5, or 6) and save or add them to a playlist at once. It seems that you can either add all or have to add one by one.

Hey @herrmadbeef,
Thanks for your reply and for the info shared.
We'd like you to know that the changes you've noticed seem to be related to some new ways to add items to "Your Library" our design team has started exploring. We're gathering some feedback about it in this thread. Feel free to let us know your comments on the matter there.
We appreciate your feedback. We know you’d like to make this as an opportunity for Spotify to become even better.
We'll be here if anything else comes up. Once again, thanks for the feedback.
This is still an ongoing issue in the latest update. It lets you get to where you would click on the playlist to add the album, but it does nothing when you click on the playlist. Very frustrating.
Hey there you, Yeah, you! 😁 Welcome - we're glad you joined the Spotify Community! While you here, let's have a fun game and get…
