How to change colour of notification

I'm a member less than a year. It's always been bugging me the constantly changing notification which song is playing now. I don't really care if it's green, purple, grey and whatever, BUT when it's black text on black or white text on white and other non recognizable variations, i just don't see anything (see the screenshot).

Please help me choose the colour or at least lock one that's easy to see.
