How to sync library music with my Android device?

I have premium, and it says I can sync my entire library onto my phone, but the intsructions (have comp and device on same wifi network and open spotify on the device) does not begin the syncing process. Am I missing something? Playlists are okay, but I'd rather have all my music as one library on my phone as well.

Hi. You can only synch playlists so, you could put everything in one playlist then synch that, assuming you have enough storage space.
