How to turn off Album wall paper

When I wake my phone up to say check time or change music, rather than it being the chosen picture for background it is the Album art, How do I fix this. I did not want this, It is groteqsue especially since, I am at work and some album art is obscenely and NOT SAFE FOR WORK

and don't give me that **bleep** "well if the album art is not safe for work don't listen to the music." I want to turn that feature off.
