Could you tell us more about your issue?

Can you not play a specific track/album or is this a download issue?

I too am having trouble playing Led Zeppelin music on Spotify. I press, "Play," and no music plays. It's as if it is having trouble downloading the music.

Thank you for your reply in this thread.

We'd recommend that you log out> restart your device> log back in to see if that makes any difference for you.

It is also a good idea to clear cached files following these steps and check your battery saving features.

Lastly, we'd suggest that you try on a different network as well, for example you can start a hotspot of your phone and use that network and see if that issue still persists.
 

In case it does, we'd like you to share a bit more about the inconvenience you're having. Which devices does this behavior occur on? Does it occur only on the desktop or also on the mobile app? Have you tried using the Web Player instead to see if there's a difference? Any additional details would help us investigate this further.
