Hi there!

Does this occur on specific playlists or with all music in general? Note that there are some Spotify-created playlists that feature automatic crossfade between the tracks for a seamless transitions between the songs. This is controlled by the Automix feature, so you can try turning it off in the app's Settings to see if this does the trick.

In case the crossfade persists, it's worth logging in on another device (a friend's or a relative's would do) and checking if you'd experience the same behavior there. You can also try a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in this article.

A short screen recording which captures this in action would also be greatly appreciated. That way we can get a clear view of how things look on your end.

Keep us posted on this. Cheers!

I have the same issue on a payload i created.  Didn't matter if it's shuffled, or just playing in sequence. It's only just started happening with the latest update

Hey there @Darkcrow,

Thanks for reaching out!

Just to confirm, is this only happening with one specific playlist? If so, it's worth double-checking if the Mixed Playlist feature is switched off for that particular list. This can be adjusted at the top of the playlist.

Should Mixed Playlists be turned off already, or if you notice this behavior with multiple playlists, it would be great if you could give the steps mentioned earlier by @Yordan a try.

Heads-up, as this is a public forum, make sure to mask any personal info if you're including a video in your reply.

Let us know how it goes 🙂
