I can't watch music videos

If your 3-8 second looping Canvas isn't loading a good first step would be to check whether this feature is activated in your Settings. You can find it in the Playback section.

Keep in mind that not all songs contain a Canvas and your app has to be updated to the latest version for the feature to activate.

If the Canvas still don't appear, we'd recommend you try a clean reinstall of the app. You can find the necessary steps here. And if that doesn't do the trick either you should head over to this ongoing issue thread and follow the instructions in the Status Update.
