I don't have the problem it's saying it's having

I have an Android tablet, not the phone. Two days ago all the sudden the screen froze when I was skipping songs and then spotify stopped working and now it has a big problem, it said 'Downloaded playlists will play here' and then under playlists it said 'Loading' but nothing ever loaded. I turned it on and off again a few times and nothing changed, then later in the day I tried reinstalling it, but when I installed it again it says "We haven't found room to store our date. Please check you have a working SD card and free space." It doesn't make sense because it was on their before, and I only have one other app- the Kindle app, that's it, because I don't have an mp3 player and Spotfiy takes up so much space, and I wasn't using my other apps anyway besides reading. I have an SD card in that's been in, and I've never put anything on it, I bought to see if I could put Spotify songs on it so I could have more space on the tablet, but it didn't work.

A few days before this happened I got up to 540 songs and it said there's no more room to download any more songs, and then after this happened I deleted it down to 515 which wasn't a problem number before, to see if that was the problem installing, but it didn't work. I've tried reinstalling it four or five times.

I have premium subscribtion. I'm really frustrated. And I don't know how this happened from the screen freezing. It freezes about a couple times a week. It doesn't make any sense about the free space, because I have LOTS of free space, almost the whole device left for music. It's a new SD card, nothing ever on it, how could it not be working. And all of the sudden. Spotify has worked on the device for many months.

HI cheslea8787 - First things first, could you confirm exactly which device, OS and app version you've got installed? We'll keep troubleshooting from there.

Could you also see if you have  a folder in your internal memory called \Phone\Android\data\com.spotify.mobile.android.ui\spotifycache?
