I really like the pc spotify app but i thing that it is not ass good on mobile is violating the guidelines if I instaled some Windows emulator on mobile and use it that way?

Keep in mind that we don't recommend using unofficial versions of the app on any device. In order for everything to work as intended within the app and for you to get all the features available, we always suggest downloading it directly from your device's app store.
