Just to confirm, are you not able to save your offline music to your SD card?

What I did was to verify permission to access the SD card, deleted the data
which uninstalled the app, deleted the folders in file manager and
rebooted. I then reinstalled the app and miracle of miracles it was set up
to the SD card. I still cannot access it through the other section in the
app but I have the storage in the right place.

Glad to hear that you managed to resolve that issue!

Regarding your other issue, just to confirm, do you mean that you aren't seeing 'Storage' under Settings > Other in the app?

If so, do you mind logging into another account on your device and seeing if it appears now?
