I lost my account

I lost my account

I have more than one account under several similar names and I cannot find the one that has my premium account with all my playlist it is still activated but I am also trying to eliminate the other ones that don't work but I keep trying to redo my password and it doesn't for the one I don't want to so it must be the same name someone help me!

Hey @ttmack12,

 

Do you get email receipts for your subscription purchases? Search for one of them in your email account. In it, the Spotify username you're paying for is shown:

 

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

Logout of the app, and be sure to use that username to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.

 

You can login to the website with that username to check the status of your subscription, and your receipts.
