I want to share a playlist. The three dots don't show up on this playlist.

Only the download option shows. It's a playlist of my liked songs.

Currently, you cannot share the liked songs playlist with any other Spotify user. However, you can use the desktop app or the web player to copy the liked songs playlist to another playlist. Then you can share that playlist as usual.

To copy the liked songs playlists, you can either select all songs using the shortcut CTRL/CMD + A  or the first song and the last song using SHIFT. Then you can copy-paste or drag and drop the items into another playlist for sharing.

I was able to transfer my liked songs to a new playlist though I couldn't figure out the shortcuts to move them all at once. I think that's my lack of tech savvy.
