Interference when locked phone

My Question or Issue

My phone updated to HyperOS 3050, and now when I lock it, I experience interference and the audio seems to cut out. If the screen is on, the sound is fine. I've tried everything, but I can't fix it. I need help. Thanks.

Was it working fine before the software update? In any case, you can try a few things:

• Check if there is any new software update on your device.
• Perform a clean install of the Spotify app using this guide.

It turns out it was Spotify's equalizer that was giving me trouble. I turned it off and it worked fine. It's still strange, though; it's never given me any problems before. Weird.
