Is the spotify community run by bots?

it feels like whenever some people here ask a simple question about the spotify app like a bug or how to do this. Whether you talk postively or negatively, most of the time it gets a bot reply. And most of the time its not proper answers

Spotify Community isn't run by bots 🙂

I try my best to troubleshoot the issues users are having and always try to recreate the users issue. Beside that I make sure the right folks at Spotify know about the users issues 😉

I'd be happy if you would share your thoughts on how I can improve my service to other users!
