Issue selecting songs in Playlist

My Question or Issue

 I have two issues when it comes to selecting songs in my playlists.

The first concerns shuffling, whenever I select a song in my playlist, the application turns of shuffle mode and I have to manually put shuffle back on, this issue does not occur when I listen to albums, only when I listen to songs from playlists - whether it be my own playlists or ones created by spotify.

The second issue concerns searching within playlists, whenever I search within a playlist to try and find specific artists/songs within the playlist. E.g searching "The Beatles" I would expect spotify to only play songs that come under the criteria of my search, however it ignores my search and just plays songs from my entire playlist.

I have already reinstalled the application in an effort to fix the issue, however nothing has changed. Any advice is appreciated.
