My Question or Issue

I'm a beta tester and lately, the music app has an intermittent issue: it auto-closes after playing (often just one song), and then logging back in is extremely difficult—I have to try around 5 times in less than 10 minutes.

 

Troubleshooting steps I've tried:

  • Uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

Problem details:

  • Occurs on: Galaxy A56 (Android), laptop (desktop version), and web version.
  • Identical behavior across all: closes after 1 song and prompts for login.
  • Not sure if it's a known bug or account/device issue.

It may be that a clean reinstall of your Spotify can solve your issue!

I did that two or even three times, and it didn't work for me. It's too annoying; I think I'll switch to another platform. 😓
