Joe Rogan podcast download issues

After I download Joe Rogan podcast episodes, I can't play his downloaded content without internet connection.

Found in another post that turning on 'offline mode' in the settings works. It seems to have worked for me. Disables video, however.

I'm using the spotify app on android. I can't find this elusive offline button. Where is it located?

From the home screen of the app, tap the gear/cog settings icon in the top right corner. The very second switch from the top should be labeled "Offline mode".

The second switch for me is gapless
