Keeping pausing

Can any one help me please? I listen to Spotify on my Sony experia xz an don't recently it has started to passing when I'm on my own it's so annoying I get right into a song then I lose it. I have looked in my settings and can find anything to help sliver the problem. I've logged out and installed it reboot my phone.. What could the problem be?
