When I go into Spotify it just keeps loading and won't let me play music. I've even cleared the cache, and uninstalled and reinstalled.

Hey @user-removed, that's odd!

 

Can you let us know the following:

 

  1. Device and Spotify version.
  2. Operating system.
  3. Is this happening with a specific song?
  4. Is this happening over WiFi or 3G/4G?
  5. When did this start happening exactly? Was it after an update?

We'll be waiting for your answer.
