Mi pregunta o problema

En algún momento del 2021 cuando lanzaron la función, la tenía en mi celular y se veían las letras pero de la nada ya no se vieron y he intentado hacer todos los pasos que están en la web y he borrado el caché, pero actualmente sigo sin conseguirlo, cabe resaltar que en la aplicación de mi laptop si se ven.

Pero en mi celular no y en dispositivos similares si se pueden visualizar, como lo puedo solucionar?

Can you confirm that you followed the steps that's provided in this article? There's some more steps to help thoroughly uninstall the app from your device, so if you haven't, we'd highly suggest it.
