Landscape album art

I have seen this screen on a recent android phone review.......how can I set a bigger landscape album art like in the attached picture?

Hey there, I'm not sure if different phone have different results but that seems pretty standard to me. I tilted my phone to landscape mode (picture below) and seems to get the same result.
