Installed Spotify on a new phone but the language is on English. System language is Portuguese, already tried to unnistall and install the app (clearing the cache).

Is the android system language set to Portuguese, Portugal or to Portuguese, Brazil?

If it's set to Portuguese, Portugal, try switching it to Portuguese, Brazil then restart your mobile and see if spotify is now in Portuguese.
