Libray Keeps Getting Deleted

My library of about 2,400 offline songs gets deleted about once a week. I've tried everything: logging out and back in, deleting and reinstalling the app, moving the library from my SD card to my device. Nothing has fixed it. It happen on my old phone, and my new one. It's driving me crazy and I feel like I'm wasting my money if I have to re-download everything on a weekly basis.

I seem to have a similar problem, as sizable portions of my library are automatically downloaded onto my android device almost every time it finds my home wifi. At first I thought it was due to a spotify app update but it happens way too often for that to be the case. So far I couldn't find a solution in the forum, maybe the chat will be able to help ..
