Like with heart button and Add with plus button

I've used Spotify with freemium until last night, and purchased premium plan this morning.

I remember there was heart button when I play the radio before, but after the purchaing premium plan the heart button disappeared and replaced by "+" button.

There was a pop-up message someting like - "we'll play more songs like this" when I press heart button.

Is the plus button works exactly same as the heart button?

If it's not, where can I find a heart button?
