Description

 

When I try to download a playlist on my Android device it stays stuck on "Downloading 0%", the playlist doesn't sync

Other playlists are "Loading..."

Random No Internet Connection message

No search, what's new, music or playlists

 

What are the steps you took to get to the error/issue?

Open Spotify on Android after update

Select a random playlist that was already synced

Playlist is gone

Other playlists are Loading...

The progress stays stuck on "Downloading 0%"

Restar the device

Wait a day

Restart again

Freak out

Clear cache, uninstall

Same on reinstall

Check the forums

Do what they say

Still problems

Freak out more

Check email

Still getting billed $9 a month for a service I don't get

Blame Flash and Java Updaters

Install old version

Old version gets to the music player but music doesn't play and restarts every 4 seconds

 

What I expected to happen

When I start the application any of the functionalities are available. ANY. Reproduction, search, playlists, what's new, absolutely nothing works except login and options.

It has been a week and there has been no response or at least a "we are looking into it" or "we need aditional information"

Hi - sorry you've been waiting for a reply. Can you just check that offline mode isn't enabled in the android spotify settings?

It isn't enabled, I'm online. The message is "No internet connection available", not "Spotify is in Offline mode". The phone has internet connection available, as I'm using it at the same time.
