Hi Folks. I have created a folder on my desktop and put my local files that I cannot find on Spotify in it so I can listen them on my playlists on Spotify. Everything was OK till three days ago that I had to reset my phone and restored all the apps/settings. I could see my files on my playlists even with the green arrow beside them. I could play them and it showed that they are playing but I could not hear any sound. I tried to re-define the local folder, I even re-installed the app. After I re-installed the app, the songs are shown on my playlist on my phone this time without the green arrow. I am sure that both desktop and mobile phone are connected to the same WiFi.

You need to download the offline playlists again after reinstalling spotify.
