On my desktop, I've put all my local file music into a playlist, but when I access the playlist on my phone, everything is greyed out and unable to play. How can I fix this?
Have you downloaded the playlist onto your phone?

This has also happened to me, my phone wouldn't download the songs into my phone.
But first you should check if you have downloaded the playlist on your mobile device.
What i did was that i first played the local song on my computer then switched device to my phone by clicking "DEVICES AVAILABLE" then selecting my phone.
You should be able to find it next to the volume bar.
Another solution i found in another post:
Spotify Desktop App may be blocked by your Firewall settings on Windows.
Go to your firewall and unblock spotify, your local files should sync after that.
I hope this fixes your problem as it did mine! 🙂
