Local files are not available

My Question or Issue

 Hello my Friends, I have a problem with my local files, they are available on my phone but on pc is ok, I tried uninstall and install program on pc and phone, turn off/on firewall, change wi-fi and put these files directly to files on my phone but it is all didnt work, guys please help me ;( 

And sorry for mistakes in post my English is bad xd

I'm facing the same issues aswell, however I believe it may have something to do with the Windows Discovery feature.
