Local files from PC to Phone

My Question or Issue

 I want to get my local files onto my phone and I have successfully gotten the files on to my computer but I can't seem to download them on to my phone to listen to them from my phone. The screenshot is attached from my computer of the files but they won't play or work on my phone. I recently got this phone brand new about a week ago and my previous phone would not work either.
