Local files won't download

My Question or Issue

Local files won't download no matter what I do. They show up on the playlist but won't download.

I've tried all of the suggestions on all the other posts I could find (all the way back to 2012 ffs). They still won't load.

This is a ridiculous problem that should not still be happen, a decade later.

I'm having the same problem. I have the green circle with a green arrow in it when I download the playlist. Song is not available when I'm in an area with no cell service or wifi. 

Any help would be appreciated.
