Local files wont download from computer

The local files appear but it isn't downloading to the tablet. I disabled my firewall and I think I am on the same network because spotify connect works and I guess that would mean that i am on the correct network.

Find out if you really are on the same network. because Spotify Connect doesn't necessarily have to be on the same network to work.
