I want to delete my account and conveniently there is no help number. I feel locked in and I'm going crazy trying to figure this out. I will warn others about being trapped into Spotify once you create an account. Any help is appreciated here since Spotify can't do anything

If you want to permanently delete your account from Spotify then contact support using the contact form linked in my signature and they will do this for you.
Please use the search feature before posting a problem/bug/idea.
