Logging on my account

I was unable to log in to my account on my tab 4 so I logged myself out of my mobile app on my cell phone(also Samsung) and tried to log in again on the tab and no luck. I had to make a new password so I was eventually able to log in with the new password but none of my music was on my account. It was as if I didn't even have spotify. In my settings it was saying to do the 30 day trial but I've already bought premium. It gets taken out of my account every month. Where did all of my music go? I had hundreds of songs, just all gone. Can you please help me?

I recommend reaching out to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares, Facebook Page Spotify Cares, or through the online contact form.

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter or Facebook Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
