Login screen issue on Polestar and Volvo (AAOS)

My Question or Issue:

Unable to login because of a weirdly formatted login screen. The app appears to be for mobile devices instead of a car.
The issue began after clearing the Spotify app's storage/cache and being prompted with the login screen.

The issue seems similar to the 'App not working on Volvo and Polestar cars' problem from earlier this year, but back then I was able to fix it.

What I've tried myself:
Removed the app from all profiles > Reset of the Centre display > Reinstalled the app.

I have the same issue for the last week.  I have a 2023 xc90.  Funny part is the Spotify app is still logged in under other profiles.  Just logged out in my profile and I can’t log in.  

I’ve tried uninstalling it in my profile and reinstalling.  I’ve also tried connecting WiFi hotspot to my phone.  I can’t seem to find our home internet on the Volvo.

Yes, I was able to scroll as well, and get to the pairing link. Strange the scrolling was basically scrolling above the box, but it worked.

Same problem in an Volvo xc40 ev. One profile works but mine doesn't. The one profile that does work frequently gets logged out but is able to log back in. Volvo software version is 3.3.16 . The issues appeared to start after the Spotify update on the 25th April.

I also have this issue, Volvo XC90 in the UK with the little login screen. Impossible to login.

it works!! reinstalling the application and it helped, maybe there was an update

Same here. Re-installed and now the log-in screen appears normal.

Yesss! It seems it works now! Uninstalled and reinstalled and the login screen was back to normal.

It works now! They must have pushed an update.  I uninstalled and reinstalled and the login screen was back to normal.  Everything is working! Yay! 🎉
