Loosing my offline content

Hi.

Recently all my offline context keeps disappearing, it's really frustrating now.
I read on here it might be my SD CARD. So I went and bought a brand new one two days ago. Now it's happening again!
Basically not getting what I'm paying for? Please help. I've been with spotify for a very long time but if this keeps happening will have to move to another provider.

Hi @mark_wato, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

In this case, try removing all of your offline devices here and then, reinstall the app following these steps.

 

After you've done that, you'll need to download the music again for offline use.
