Lost all my downloads after an app crash

So, I was listening to my music and suddenly, the app crashed and the music stopped playing. After that, all my downloads are gone. How to fix this?

My phone is Samsung Galaxy S8 and the version is Android 9.0.

Thanks for reaching out. You mean just the music downloaded for offline listening, right? If so, it's possible whatever caused the crash also caused the cache to become corrupted. We recommend doing a full clean reinstall to clear this and then downloading the content again.

This happened again on Saturday, June 15. Now all my downloads are gone again.

Just to check, did you clean reinstall the app with the steps we sent in our previous reply? 

On another note, we recommend checking if there's enough free storage on your device. Additionally, let us know if you use an SD card.

Lastly, let us know the Spotify version you are currently running.
