Meldung "Verbindung mit Spotify wird hergestellt" wenn Handy mit Bluetooth verbunden wird

Seit kurzem bekomme ich jedes Mal, wenn ich mein Android/Samsung Smartphone mit einem Bluetooth-Gerät verbinde, die Meldung: Verbindung mit Spotify wird hergestellt. Auch wenn das BT-Gerät gar keine Medienwiedergabe aktiviert hat und die Spotify-App geschlossen ist. Warum ist das so? Ist nervig....

Sorry but it does not work at all. Now the popup appears every minute for just a second. That makes me feel insecure.

Could you let us know what happens when you perform a soft reset on your device?

 

If that doesn't work, as a last resort, we would recommend that you perform a factory reset, making sure to back up all your data beforehand.
