My Question or Issue
About a week ago I posted my issue here without any success and Spotify continue downloading random playlists. Tried everything so far without any success.
Uninstalled, deleted all files, unfollow playlists, library, remove downloads etc..etc etc....
No matter what I do, these downloads keeps going on and on forever. I am not the only one with this issue. Just look into the numerous posts over here and internet.
This is my last attempt before cancellation of my Premium plan and completely remove the app.
Hi @Delmonte, thanks for writing. I'm sorry about that!
Please try refreshing your offline devices and reinstalling your app after.
Also, does it happen if you log in someone else's account (maybe a friend or family member)?
Se preferir, pode responder em português 🙂
Hello @Bittencourt
Already tried this solution with no success. Uninstall my app and delete all offline apps. I never used another login in my device. Also, my login is via Facebook.
Hey @Delmonte,
Did you check my suggestion about using a different account on that device to see if the issue persists?
You can also try using a different device to see if you can recreate the issue when logging in to the account.
Something else you could try doing is to make sure Spotify is set as exception to any cache clearing or battery optimization apps.
If none of that helps, please let me know the exact version of the app you're on, as well as to make sure to install any pending software updates on your device.
Hope this is more helpful!
Hey @Delmonte, I'm sorry about that.
Can you tell me what happened when you tried with another account?
On what device did you try and with which Spotify version?
Also, please let me know if you see randomly saved music in your device.
Thanks!
