  1. I use Facebook to login in my account, and today when I have tried to do it, the app asked me to do a new account, I tried login again but is like I never had a account. 😔

Do you still have trouble logging it? We can recommend resetting your password here making sure you use the right email address.

 

This should allow you to log in with your email and the new passwords without using the Log in with Facebook button. Does that work better for you?
