Missing the collaborative playlist feature

My galaxy note 3 phone seems to have a different version of the spotify app installed and is missing the collaborative playlist feature.  When I tap the menu on the playlist it's not an option. Am I in the wrong place?

That doesn't look quite right.

Is this your own playlist? If yes, I would recommend you to reinstall your app. 

Here's a step by step tutorial on how to do it. ^^

In the new free mobile version this option is not available. You can still use this feature in the desktop app
