Moto E (2nd Generation) Offline Play Issues

Yo party people,

I've had some sporadic issues with offline playback recently. As my data is mad limited and I usually use Spotify for long bike rides, this has been a huge hassle.

It's happened with The Orb's "God's Own Mirrorball" and Bill Evans' "Dream Gypsy".

I'm not over the 3,333 offline song limit, so I'm definitely scratching my head over what's going on.

Anybody have any tips, solutions, commiserations?
