Music Turns of automaticlly.

(iOS 10, Android Oreo, Windows 10,etc.) 

My Question or Issue

When I start a song it plays and then I go on apps like Instagram and Snapchat or Internet and then sometimes the music suddnely just turns off. Really strange and annoying and when I then go back to Spotify the songs has restarted from The begining. How do I fix this??

Hey @Gujarish, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Could you try a clean reinstall of the Spotify app?

If that doesn't help, does logging out > restart device > log back in make a difference?
