My Question or Issue

 I already have tha last version of Android in my cellphone but the Spotify app doesn't recognize. To the app, my cellphone has a earlier version and I can't see or hear the videos!

Hey @Crasyss,

That's not cool! Could you try giving the app a reinstall? It might help the app realise it's on a newer version of Android.
