My Question or Issue
Hello,
I have a new mobile phone and want to download my playlists from my Spotify Premium on it. So I downloaded my playlists and everything worked for a view minutes, but suddenly all playlists are only "marked for download" and no data is displayed in the "memory" in the app's settings. So I can no longer listen to songs offline on this phone.
I have already logged out all devices via Spotify-online, reinstalled the app several times after deleting the data (including the "com.spotify.music" in the Android data), I restarted my mobile phone, but nothing helped.
I hope you can help me!
With best regards.

Hey @Flooooo,
Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community!
Can you let us know if you're using an SD card with your phone? You can try removing the SD card and running a clean reinstall of the app, following the steps here. After that try downloading a playlist again without putting the SD card back in the phone.
Keep us posted on how you get on with this.

Hi @Flooooo,
Thanks for the reply.
We're glad to hear that everything worked out fine.
When the card is formatted as internal storage, the app won't recognize this as an actual SD card and the option to download songs there won't appear on some devices.
This has been reported to the right team at Spotify, however we don't have any official info if it will be changed in the future.
Don't hesitate to reach out again if you have questions.
