Music not showing

Hey guys, Ive been having problems with my Spotify on my Android and was wondering if I could get some help.

When I go to my music none of my music that I've saved and offline downloaded shows up. All it does is show the artists that I've been following. When I go to my play lists however it shows all the play lists I've made and the music on them which I had in my library. I tried restarting Spotify and my phone but they're not showing up still.

Any help would be appreciated, thank you in advanced!
