Music stops alone

I hace spotify premium and pay 9.90eur to have the possibilty to listen the music. 

However the android app stops alone...it's very frustrated as I am working and I hate working without music.

I changed my password to avoid the problem but it's not....

Also, i would like to ask why if I love a "Radio", the 3rd or 4th time I play it, i can't?? I can't play more and no sound appears...restrictions even you pay?? Please help because the problem is from more than 1 month and each month, 9.99eur is put of my account....i use android app for samsumg galaxy s6 plus. Thx
