Music stops every 4 seconds

Since April 12th (2 days ago), spotify stops any music every 4 seconds.
I use a Pixel 7a and the version 14 of Android.
I had the same problem with the app connected to my car (Android auto). I've found another complaint similar to mine in 2017 with no resolution.

Thanks for reaching out. Could you tell us more about your issue?
Is the app in the foreground or the background when this happens and did this behavior start after a specific event like a setting change or an app/ OS update?

To start troubleshooting things here - check if removing the app's cached data would make a difference.
I would also check if Spotify is excluded from any battery optimization settings as well 🙂
