Music stops playing

After two or three songs the music stops playing. I have downloaded the latest version and deleted my cache as well as uninstalling and reinstalling.... nothing has worked. I have a galaxy s7 phone but the problem does not seem to occur on my iPad.... only my phone. It has now started stopping mid song as well as at the end. To start the music again I have to re open the app. It is incredibly annoying and I am considering cancelling my spotify subscription if the issue is not fixed. If anyone has any suggestions as to how to fix this issue, please let me know
