Music stops playing

Solved!

Music stops playing

My Question or Issue

When i am playing music with my BT headsett (KYGO A9 600) the songs stops playing most of the time. It can play trough 3 or 4 songs and midway in the 4th song it will just stop. I have to unlock the phone and go the the app and restart the song there. In the 2 hours ive been using it now this has happened 27 times.

It also does this while being plugged trough AUX but not as nearly as much. This has been going on for 2 months. Ive had the headsett for 4 months.

Thanks for providing me that information 🙂

Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

I'll see what I can suggest next - Let me know how this goes 🙂

Hello, welcome to the community.

What is your device name?

What is the error message?

If possible, can you provide me the app verison? You can do this by going to your library in the Spotify App > Settings Icon > About > Version.

Let me know how it goes, I can help further:)

I use an android device. S7 samsung.
The headsett is KYGO A9/600

There is no error message. It just happens, no message og any pop up.
And to add on, i have to change song. I cant press play. It does not
respond to that.

The version of the Spotify is 8.4.63.584 armV7

The problem has returned and it is way worse than before.

I can now only play 2.5 songs and it shuts down while on BT headsett.

By AUX in my car its around 6 songs before it shuts down.
