Music undownloads itself?

For some reason it seems if I got online after being offline or I close the app out the. Open it again all the music in my library just isn't downloaded anymore and then I have to download it again I have had to download my entire library twice today

What exactly do you do? Do you only close the app via recent items? Try uninstalling the app and reinstalling.

My music undownloads itself even after I have already downloaded it and I have tried redownloading the app multiple times in multiple devices. Not sure what to do.
